SOS PT Ultimate 2019.6 stopped working _ and cannot install again

It is very clearly a problem with iLok, but their support sucks big time. Have you already opened a support case with Avid? They usually have pretty fast red hot line with iLok support

You are not going to get yourself any help here by repeating stuff like "Nothing Works". What *exactly* have you tried? Clear step by step so we can follow. Have you tried my suggestion above? Do you have a support case open with Avid? What case number?

Be careful here, it may very well be a problem with Pace ILM, but it is very unlikely a problem with the physical iLok. I just do not want folks hearing "iLok" and think they should debug/replace the physical iLok.

And as for ILM.. this *might* be an interaction with Avid Link, so as I mentioned above a good move would be to get that off the computer, clean stuff up and try again (including reinstalling ILM).

I have Avid Link here just for the sake of it and have not had any trouble with it. Had much much more headache with its predecessor

Yep Link is much better than App Mangler , but this particular iLok component error only happened to me occasionally and only with Link based installs. I could run Link OK for lots of stuff, sometimes installs would work OK. I don't know if Avid ever got to the bottom of it. So I'd be uninstalling it and testing.... assuming the OP is even using Link to do their install now at all--would be great to know that.

Didn't see a support case in progress but since you have a current Update & Support Plan I started one for you. In the meantime you might try creating a new User account and running the installer there (download it from my.avid.com/products > Pro Tools Ultimate > Show).

I did a clean install of Mojave onto a brand new SSD
10.14.6

linstalled PT 2019 6
HD driver
Waves Mercury
Altiverb
Izotope

NOT installing google chrome ( After reading the FB page prod tools users)
Not installing ILM yet

so far so good.
