Please Help...Artist Mix

Ok,

Just bought an Artist Mix and Eucon seems to recognize it but ProTools Doesnt see it. (I have searched the forums and tried what I have found which makes me think my problem is something really stupid). Despite the amazing documentation (tongue in cheek) I cant get it to work.

Running Windows 7, Protools is up to date, Eucon Is up to date and firmware has been updated. I followed the directions (Pictures) in the quick start manual and read the PT sections of both Eucon and Artist manuals.

I have booted w Artist Mix on and turning it on after boot with no luck. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You don't say which version of Pro Tools, but anyway have you checked the 'Eucon' box in the 'Ethernet Controllers' tab of the 'Peripherals' setup in Pro Tools ?
