Can't reach online customer support. Getting error message
Hi. I just filled out the form to online customer support using my ASC, and every time I try to submit it with the "Next" button, I get directed to a page with the message: "Error: Error occurred while loading a Visualforce page." Anyone? Please advise! Thanks!

They must have finally fixed the problem. I was finally able to submit my form just now.
