Yes Ilok 2.... I drag the new PTHD 11/10 from my ilok "licenses available" tab page in my ilok account to my only Ilok 2, which is showing in black in my locations window, (which has my old PTHD10 license and is working fine with my old PTHD 10.3.2 currently installed on my computer)

I get the window asking if I want to "Activate new licenses" I click yes the process starts the progress bar goes 1/2 across stops a window pops up says "Activation Successful" except there are no new PT licenses showing on the ilok just the old ones ??????? NOTE also my ilok is showng only 14 % used so it's not that .

Seems to me your doing everything right and not getting the expected result. I'm at a loss but have a suggestion. Repair disk permissions if you haven't already. That may help. If not I would do a clean uninstall of 10.3.2 and the iLok Manager. Install 10.3.7 and the new iLok Manager software. Theres a chance that the iLok drivers installed with 10.3.2 might be having some type of conflict with the newer ILM or weren't fully removed during the ILM install. That's about the only thing I can think of. Maybe a more Macentric user will have a better suggestion.
