Hold on to your Perpetual license!
You can always buy a limited Subscription to the latest Pro Tools, if you need it.
Well we only want to have the one year subscription for the support plan to be able to work with the latest version of pro tools.
Thanks for your help, i will try to open a ticket with the Avid support and see what is possible for us.

In the product page, i can't select any licence, but only enter a code and then submit with a blue button.

Do you have a banner in your Avid Master Account>My Products, that shows Pro Tools | Ultimate? If so, hit the drop-down arrow to see "Select upgrade options”. Once license is selected, hit the purple "Submit" button.

Mind you, as you’ve already submitted your Code, that should do it.

When i hit the drop down arrow i can't see the "select upgrade options"
I have what is on the 1st image of message #3.
On the left side, the perpetual licence of protools ultimate but no action can be done here,

and on the right side the Support Plan licence which is marked as expired,
below that i can crossgrade, or enter a code.

Thanks mik for explaining that your only option was to add your Sweetwater Reinstatement Code.
I bought my Reinstatement directly from Avid, hence “Select upgrade options” was visible for me.
