Student purchase included 4yrs of releases never got Pro Tools 12

hello i got the pro tools 12 from the 4 year upgrade but i do not see pro tools 12.2 on my account. I bought mine in 2011 so i know that i should still be eligible for it. Could you please check this. Thanks

Good news to those who don't have 12 once you post here it usually gets resolved :P hopefully that's still the case but I never got my updates until I posted here. Also when they removed 4 year upgrades it's not stated very well who is in the 4 year deal, I think only pro tools 9 was a guaranteed 4 years after that it depended on the retailer but 10 may have been 4 as well I know for sure 11 going forward was 1 year but certain retailers may have got that mixed up and I'm sure they'll honor it.

I've bought the student version on 04/13/2014 with the 4year upgrade. I did receive the upgrade to version 11 but not to version 12 and it does not show up in my not yet downloaded products. Could you look into that and see what went wrong? I'd really like to use Pro Tools 12

I'm also in the same boat, I never received any info about upgrading and PT12 doesn't appear under 'My Products and Subscriptions'.

Could I get some help with upgrading please?

I don't see anything ProTools 12 related in my account either.

I saw a couple responses that people that purchased after April 2013 are not eligible. I purchased/registered by September 2013, so under that I'm not up for free upgrades.

Curious as to what the reasoning is behind not honouring the 4 year upgrades after a specific date, considering it was extremely clear at the time of purchase that there would be 4 years of free upgrades provided? Just seems a tad odd to me under any circumstances that we're expected now to pay $99 for it, contrary to what I read when I opened that ProTools box with the iLok in it
