What's the difference between HD Native and HDX?

What's the difference between HD Native and HDX?

1. Plug in count
2. One can use 3 HDX cards but only one Native card

That's it

Am I wrong?

Does the HDX card have a larger maximum delay compensation?
Does the HDX contribute to the mix engine?
Does the HDX contribute more voices?
