If its only an issue in VEP7 re Kontakt, definitely try VSL support too, they seem very on the case at the moment. NI are notoriously slow to support.
I am in touch with VSL support and they suggested getting in touch with NI support. And like I said NI changed their support system. This might just be a Mac only issue.

What's amazing is the VSL Paul said they had a robust beta test period and there shouldn't be issues. I replied back to him on their forum that there may well be issues due to the variety of systems out there but there was no reply back from him on that.

I'm working on getting a refund because not only this issue with Kontakt 5 but also the loss of 32 bit support on Macs. Windows people are lucky with this.

64 bit is dead on Macs because of Apple. That's their edict -- all other software developers are having to follow suit for any new versions. Not up to VSL really.

Also, the end of 32 bit on Macs is found on Vienna's comparison product page:

Actually 32 bit isn't dead until you get past Mojave. Mojave still supports it but it's the last OSX to support it. As for the comparison page the note about 32 bit not being supported in OSX wasn't up there they day VEPro 7 dropped. I instigated that being there after emailing with VSL support.

Hi, i upgrated to vep 7 and I like it . It's faster on saving and I also like the plugins for orchestral mixing. I just don't understand how do you automate enable / disable per track, it would be such a great addition to my workfloe. I am on pt 12 hd on windows 10.
