freeze track and print
Would it be a good thing to freeze all tracks and plugins when going to print your final mix?
Does freezing tracks help cut down on CPU usage?

Re: freeze track and print
I freeze tracks to free up CPU resources in sessions that have a lot of tracks and plugins.
I'll let someone else weigh in on your first point, but I try to avoid that. I've occasionally noted anomalies: Ive had tracks actually sound different when frozen.
