Xpand.dat Gone/Xpand Crashes PT 7.4
Upgraded to 7.4 today. All kinds of problems. Latest:
Xpand.dat file is gone, not anywhere Xpand crashes PT when I click on it in a session Did a Digi search to no avail. Anyone? Time to go back to 7.3 (which worked flawlessly)?? |

Re: Xpand.dat Gone/Xpand Crashes PT 7.4
If I remember correctly you're running a Window-based system, that Xpand! .dat file directory by default should be Program Files\Digidesign\Xpand!
To set a user defined content location download the Xpand! Set Content Location Located at the bottom of this Xpand! 1.0.1 Updater for Mac OS X 10.4 (PPC) & Windows XP drop down list. filosofem |

Re: Xpand.dat Gone/Xpand Crashes PT 7.4
found the Xpand.dat file by accident (it never showed up in a file search) did some things and got it in the right place. PT does not crash now. That was the secret. No dat file = PT crash. This drove me crazy.
I'm going to take my Xanax now! thanks for your help :) |
