cosmonaut voice plug ins CPU overload

Hi, For some reason my plug ins the Cosmonaut voice use all my CPU power.
What is wrong...I can have a lot of reverb ect. whitout any problem but as soon I
use the Cosmonaut voice plug ins I ran out of CPU.
If I only use one plug in at all, the Cosmonaut voice, my CPU overload at once.
I´ve use this before without any problem.
Anybody have any idea what is wrong.
I use this speciel plug in to simulate radiotransmission for educationsprogram.

I would make sure you have the right version for the version of PT you have. If you are running the latest version of PT 7.1.oc9 download the latest version of Cosmo Voice from the PT site, all the links are in the sticky topics above. These are known issues if you have conflicting versions of plugins and PT.

I'd like to restart this thread. I too have an iBook G4, i can have 1 mono audio channel in a session with voice and no other plugins, i fire up the Cosmonaut Voice plugin and the CPU starts intermittently spiking. When it plays back normally the system usage meter is very low so it's not as though my CPU is overloaded.

I'm using a 1.33 G4 iBook, 1GB Ram, OSX 10.4.8, LE 7.1 and an external Oxford 911 firewire drive. I had no probs on my G5 iMac. I appreciate it's pretty much the lowest machine in the Pro Tools compatibility chart but i can play 20 tracks with 20 plugs no probs.

Any takers???
