I know, When I first saw it I was like "all of my plugs are blue, how do I shut that off?" That was the last time I used it.

Ok its taken me like 3 days of solid research and alot of headaches but i think ive got it...

Buy LE and just get the 003+ rack :L

Ok i think thats what im going to do, can i then add an Avid pre like the 2626 on-top as-well through light-pipe?

I just want the ability to expand and get all inputs onto separate tracks on pro tools, spidf doesnt seem to be able to do that...

003 if you want to run LE. Spdif can give you two extra ins. Remember that LE interfaces come with Pro Tools LE. No need to purchase separate. I feel like I've writen this already.

Actually a 2626 will work as a standalone 8 channel preamp - out from the 2626 via ADAT optical to the 003....
