Default Two Big Ears FB360 - what is this?

After installing PT2019.6 I noticed a plugin from a developer called Two Big Ears called FB 360 Stereo Loudness. So as a test I insert it in a track and the plugin gui says this:
"This plugin in intentionally blank and should be placed on the master stereo headlocked track. Loudness information from this track will be passed to the 'Mix Loudness' plugin. Please see the user guide for more details."

I can't find anything in any of the PT documentation on this plugin. Also can't find any so-called 'mix loudness' plugin. Can anyone shed any light on this? As well as what does the term 'master stereo headlocked track' mean?

This is for mixing in Ambisonics. There is extensive documentation online if you want to dive into the world of 3D audio.

Thanks for the info & link. It's funny that there's no info/manual on it in the download (at least that I can find). Don't know if it was part of the Avid plugins download or what - sure wasn't anything I knowingly downloaded.

That link is just to my website which doesn't have any info about the plugins. Not sure why it showed up in the post, it's usually just a part of my signature, but Tapatalk is doing something odd when I post from my phone.

https://facebook360.fb.com/spatial-workstation/
That's the main site for those plugins.

The FB 360 Spatial Audio Suite was officially discontinued by Meta this spring, all downloads and documentation are gone.

Is it still part of the the Pro Tools plug-ins download? I wonder what Avid will do to replace it? It was an integral part of my Ambisonics workflow....
