Default re: Mp3

So I am running PT10.3.8 and just tried to bounce a track to mp3 when I got an error message saying it cannot initialize as the module might not be loaded, I have the key it's suppose to be in PT 10 and I used it yesterday, also notice that my files are louder than I recorded them and no matter where I lower the volume from it still stays loud and now the files are shifting themselves in the session to different start time, does anyone know how to fix these issues?
Thanks

Starting with PT 9, MP3 Option is included in the PT installer.

I just recently had a similar problem. This fix from the Sweetwater knowledgebase fixed it for me.

Just in case the Sweetwater link is moved, I'm pasting the (slightly edited) text here for future searches.

When I go to bounce an MP3 in Pro Tools, I get a message that says “License days remaining: 0.” What should I do?

If you get a message like the one above when trying to bounce an MP3 in Pro Tools, don’t worry, there’s a simple solution.

First of all, quit Pro Tools. Then do the following:

1. Open iLok License Manager.

2. Plug in ONLY the iLok with the Pro Tools license on it.

3. Right click on your iLok within the License Manager and choose Sync/Repair.

4. Wait for the Sync/Repair to be completed before removing the iLok.

5. That should do it!
