Default Dae 9007 & 9031

Hi everyone. I am using Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1 with 32GB of ram and a 6 core i7 3.20Ghz processor. I am running Pro Tools 10.3.10 (also have Pro Tools 12.8.3 installed). When using PT 10, I keep getting DAE Error 9007 and 9031. My research says it could be that some plugins are installed in both RTAS and AAX and could be conflicting with each other or it could be Trigger 2 by slate digital.. Another research says it could be bad consolidated files. My issue is I totally uninstalled ALL my plug ins including Slate Digital (by the way I NEVER had Trigger 2 Installed nor do I own that plug in)... I opened a empty session with no audio and no plug ins. When I press play I get the same errors. on the other hand, Pro Tools 12 is working like a charm except it is not compatible with my Control 24 Control Surface. If anyone has any idea of what the problem is, PLEASE HELP...

Thanks in advance.

Has the rig ever worked well? If it has, what changed? If its never worked well, post a Sandra report as maybe it might reveal a hardware issue(look for a link near the top of this, and every page of the DUC named Help Us Help You)
