Default Wow - can’t pay for upgrade, can’t get help.

See attached photo - spinning wheel on Payment section, 1st in the Queue to get help, but that’s spinning too... totally blocked from upgrading.

Is this how PT 12 works?

tBoy, Customer Service sucks, A recent purchase of PT 12 from a person, was a hassle all the way trying to get all transfered over to me, I've never had these kinds of problems, 2-3 days of working on this crap, emailing back & forth over & over...oh yea, that cost me $39.00 just to talk to them!!! then to top it all off
I was a few days late trying to get a update plan renewed payed Sweetwater for
the upgrade & of course it would not take the code to do the upgrade. well I get a person on the phone that I can barely understand and he says sorry you late
that will be 3 times more money to get the update plan. look like Avid would treat a new customer lots better than that!!!! oh well the least amount of dealing with Avid the better!!😡😡😡😡

As you paid Sweetwater you should complain to them first and get them to sort it out.
