EUCON 3.7 crashes immediately!!!!!

The uninstall and clean EUCON can't have worked correctly. Did you run the installer from the Applications folder and then the script?

Almost, Eddie. Could even update S3 Firmware, but then crashed again while opening PT. Very bad.

Crashing here as well w/ PT12.8.2. OSX 10.12.6. Updated the control app which is incompatible with Eucon 3.6 so I'm unable to use both the iPad and Artist Mix. Glad this was only at home and not my studio but was trying to work from home today :/ How was 3.7 tested if it won't even launch?

Saw the same issue after installing 3.7 over 3.6.1. Ran the uninstaller then did a clean install of 3.7 and it's working correctly. Added a note to the Troubleshooting section of Pro Tools | Control - Support and Setup.

The issue is updating from an earlier version as opposed to uninstalling. A file is not getting updated(we think). A fresh install works.
I have the whole team working on this right now so will continue to post here when I get updates.

of course my customisation has all gone now.:)...but its a small price to pay to have it running again

They shouldn't get wiped out, they are stored here /Library/Application Support/Euphonix/UserSets/MC2User/MC_USER_SET_Root

Just tried it in Logic Pro 10.3.2 and I have a notice that says incompatible Eucon Version - current build = 4.03 build 134 Min Eucon 65916......

Now Im no expert but I would be hugely impressed if there were 65,916 builds!!!!

Whats more odd is that I clean installed Eucon 3.7 in accordance with Eddies instructions that work fine on Tools....but not logic int would seem...
