Protools wont stop
hi there , my pro tools session is stuck, it wont stop , i click quit and nothing, any suggestions would be apreciated , thanx

macbook pro.... pro tools 8 , ive been working on it for an hour , bit more , ive noticed that the computer gets warm quite quickly though, i wonder if i should just turn it off since i cant even find a force quit icon..... i was recording and it just wouldnt stop , its been that way for 15 to 20 min...... i can see the icons on the menu but no option is available
