Default 64bit AAX Mac OSX for some PSP PI's

64bit AAX Mac OSX for PSP 42, PSP 85, PSP 608 MD, PSP Echo, PSP N2O, PSP PianoVerb2, PSP SpringBox

I just got this from PSP:

We are happy to inform you that we have just added support for the new Avid AAX 64bit plug-in format to all our effects plugins
(PSP 42, PSP 85, PSP 608 MD, PSP Echo, PSP N2O, PSP PianoVerb2 and PSP SpringBox ). This is a FREE upgrade for current users.
Nothing else changes (even version number of the product) so if you are NOT ProTools 11 user on MAC OSX do nothing.
If you are using ProTools 11 download from your account at our user area current installers and install our effects in AAX format.

Ps Currently we are working on porting our processors plug-ins to AAX 64-bit plug-in format. I hope we will release them before end of this week.

Warm regards from sunny Warsaw

I've just received an e-mail from them advising my PSP 2Meters is now AAX 64-bit in new V2.0.1 :)

Maybe Pace is getting around to addressing AAX plugin signing, assuming their ILM issues caused a bit of a backlog, and we'll start to get more products coming through very soon?!

Great news! I've loved their 42/84/easyverb since day one!

(as a side note; their web site says support is for PT10 but I guess it's better to get the new installers available first and have the web site updated later...)

Haven't tried it myself yet but this is what I received from PSP FWIW:

********

We are pleased to inform that new version of PSP 2Meters (2.0.1) has been released.

Bug fixes:

- reduced cpu usage for all plugins (especially for PSP VU2 plugins),
- improved level indication for stereo/mono plugins,
- fixed AAX parameters registering,
- added 64 bit AAX plugins for PT 11.

To get and authorize the PSP 2Meters v. 2.0.1 please:

1) Log-in to your PSP account and expand PSP 2Meters details,
2) Download the installer appropriate for your operating system and install the plug-in.

You can overwrite the newer version over the old one so after downloading simply start the installer.

********

Is this the version you have tried out?

Just download 2Meters V2.0.1 (shows V2.0.0 in the user area but the new version is available for download when you click through) ... but all versions show as incompatible i.e. not 64-bit AAX as PT11 starts up?!

Edit - for first attempt, I just installed over the old version but have now tried uninstalling first (using PSP utility included in the .dmg) and reinstalling, this time without also selecting RTAS (which I had ticked as I couldn't remember if previous version was 32-bit AAX or RTAS - for compatibility with PT10). Still doesn't work?!

Same here on 2Meters. No-go just yet. Sent them a msg that they probably need to re-sign them or something.
