Soft Knobs

Has anyone had an issue with the Soft Knobs not working properly?

On my new Artist Control, the right 3rd from bottom Soft Knob and the right bottom Soft Knob appear not to be engaging any of the prescribed parameters, for example the PT Channel left pan-pot is controlled by the Artist Control right bottom Soft Knob....When I press down the Soft Knob , the screen readout pot goes to "0" but I am not able to pan left or right with the soft knob.

Also:another example in the plugin, T-Racks Precision Comp/Limiter
(right bottom Soft Knob does not appear to engage on Limiter Recovery knob and on Left Pan Pot. Also the right 3rd from
bottom Soft Knob does not appear to engage the Compressor Recovery knob.)

Is this a software issue or is there something I am not doing? I updated to the lasted UCON version and the Artist Control firmware. Everything else appears to be working ok. Thank you
