Default $199 PT12 Upgrade does not work, can someone help?

I just purchased the $199 Pro Tools 12 upgrade from Sweetwater and their is an issue with the Avid website saying that I don’t have an eligible license.

I do have Pro Tools 9 in place in my iLok account (see screen shots)
Both 9 AND 9HD are in there.

Does anyone know what's going on or can someone from AVID help please?

FYI — I only want to upgrade to regular Pro Tools 12 NOT Pro Tools 12 HD.

From looking at your ilok authorization, it appears that you only have an HD bundle. It includes a regular PT license, but that is just as a part of the bundle and cannot be separated. You need an HD upgrade. Contact Sweetwater and explain you situation.

You need the $599 upgrade.
