Stop then start quick disables audio

if I stop then start again real quick, 2 taps on the spacebar

Ive been getting these weird crashes where PT 12 stops passing audio. the app doesn't crash just the master (aux in my case) and output

Anyone else...

ooops, just did PT 12 last week...

Sig updated... but I'm on 12.3.1

That happened here too a few days after update from HD 12.2.1 but after trashimg of prefs and databases and also update of HD driver which hadn't been done on this HDX2 machine this disappered thank God! Everytime we did quick edits and start stop to hear a certain part in a take we lost sound and had to restart some times and other times it came back after pressing on another track.

Very weird indeed, have you done anything else than just the PT update since this started?

Ive installed some plug ins since updating but the behavior was right after updating and this behavior not happening in HD 11...

But Ill do more trashing of prefs and what not and see...

I do think I didn't track my main pro tools prefs as I remember being surprised that most of my setting were still there when I went to re do the preferences...

So Ill head back to "What Im Supposed to do town" and do proper trashing...
