Transfer of ownership
Ive searched "transfer of ownership" on the DUC but I cant find any clarity on s6.
Ive acquired a previously owned s6 M40 32-5knob and am trying to figure out how to get it under my avid account. I have SKU/Serial for every module and then I have the license for the M40 software. Its seems the previous owner never took the time to register the modules but I cant do anything with the console until I transfer ownership and get into a support plan and get the latest Version. Anyone have experience with this? I called tech support about this but the Tech said he wasn't sure about transferring ownership and the process involved.
