Default -9094 errors in PT 10

Running PT 10.1 with VE Pro (hosting VSL and MachFive3 in a 64-bit server process).

I get a lot of -9094 errors when tracking VIs ("Audio processing could not complete due to conflicts with other CPU tasks or a potential clocking issue...").

Playback engine is at 128 samples (any less is unplayable), 6 processors, 99% usage limit, 256 voices, 44.1KHz. Sibelius is also ReWired in but this doesn't appear to make much difference.

Running HDX, OS X 10.7.2, MacPro5,1 (3.33GHz 6-Core), 24GB RAM.

Any ideas? Surely this is not that complicated in 2012.
