Default license problem

I got some problem with my Pro Tools subscription.
Pro Tools doesn't want to read the licence,, so every time I open Pro Tools I get Subscription Expiration warning message and I am kinda afraid I wont' be able to use it tomorrow. In licence manager I have something called "Pro tools plan" and also "Subscription plan". It's kinda confusing & I can't afford being stuck tomorrow

Hi

The fastest way is to start a support case which you have done so i will escalate this.

Have you sync'd your ilok with the ilok license manager and made sure you have the license on your ilok before we start troubleshooting?

Yep, I already tried that but nothing seems to happen. The only licence which seems to be active expires after couple of hours.

Have you put both of those on your iLOK?

Yes.. However, I just received an email. Apparently some subscription renewal problem. I can't believe this is happening to me now.
