Trouble adding a collaborator

We're having trouble adding a collaborator to our project. She supposedly went to Artist-Chat and created a screen name but when she goes there now all she sees is the attached photo. And I can't find her when I search for a collaborator. Any idea what step could have been missed?

Once she has an Artist Chat name, you as the owner of the project use the Invite function in Pro Tools to add her to the Pro Tool Project. Then when she opens the Dashboard Dialog (creating a new Project) she should see the invite when she selects the Projects tab on the left.
She just clicks on the green checkmark to join that Pro Tools Project.

I'm guessing based on the window she's seeing that's she's already created an Artist Chat name. How can she view/change that name if all she sees is the attached picture (see my original post) when she brings up Artist Chat?

Check the other thread about collaboration. I posted a screenshot to show how to access that window differently. Maybe she can try that to see if that works.

How can she tell what her Artist Chat name is and change it? Also once I find her in Artist Chat how do I add her to my contacts?
