Default How to manually apply swing

Because none of the Event Operations work for me in Pro Tools (see here) along with numerous other posts by others about this bug, I need to know how to apply swing manually.

Say I have 1 bar of 1/8 note hi-hats. How much do I need to offset each one to replicate an MPC 57% 16th swing? I assume each note has to be moved by a different amount to achieve the swing effect, but how is that offset calculated?

See my reply here. Hopefully you will not have to manually do this!
