reason is suddenly not in my insert choices

hello.
hope someone can help me out.
when i try to use reason as in insert, it is now nowhere to be found in my insert choices.
i have made no changes to my machine.
and i am having trouble finding some troubleshooting documentation.

any ideas?

You should start with the steps in the Win XP/ Pro Tools 6.x/7.x General Troubleshooting thread and post specific info on your system per the info on that thread if you're unable to resolve the problem.

When I up graded to 7.1.3 I lost Reason also, I simply un and re-installed...you do have the proper license #'s don't you?

i did another reboot and lo and behold it showed up. thanks.
