Default Sync Pro Tools 12 with MTCVideoSlave

Hi,
I tried a lot to use internal Video Engine of Pro Tools in Windows 10 but always the pop up window of the engine's load stayed freeze in the end all the time. I am trying some 3rd party video software. Now I am testing MTC Video Slave but I cannot sync with Pro Tools.
I have Komplete Kontrol from NI and Ableton push 2 as midi devices.
What I do is to set in pro tools
-mtc generator port to komplete kontrol ext 1
-mmc komplete kontrol ext 1
and in preferences machine follows edit insertion/scrub

In MTCVIdeoSlave I set Komplete Kontrol ext 1 as input and output device.
Then I push mtc button in pro tools and hit play but it fails to play video.

Is there something I am missing here? It is the first time I work with videos so I not very familiar with that stuff

Thanks a lot
