DAE error 728, help me please

I'm Hieu from Cinema Broadcast JSC ( VINEMATIM), Viet Nam

We have equipment of studio include Mac pro, Pro Tools LE, Digi 003, Avid mojo SDI

When use pro tool with Digi 003, everything is ok. But we connect avid Mojo to Mac pro, when we start up protools, it said" DAE error 728" and turn off. If we disconnect avid moJo or remove video engine form protool, everything is ok.

Could you please tell me how to fix it?
