Contacted tech support and they are aware of the problem. A fix is coming soon.

Hi folks!

Today I installed the latest WaveShell 9.91.XX (recommended by WaveCentral V1.3.1.4 - in the top row "updates available"),
upgraded some plug-ins (not necessary, just because of good offers at the moment) and:

----->>>> NO CRASH!!!

Did you uninstall your previous waves installation? Did you delete all the waves files on your computer? Did you reinstall all your waves plugins for waveshell 9.91? Are you running Windows 7? Does What version of Pro Tools are you using and does it now shut down correctly? Thanks!@

Hi Larry,

Waves support contacted me about the new version. Installed here (Win 7 64) and Pro Tools now closes correctly AND I have the new F6 dynamic eq added to Mercury. Yes it reinstalled all plugins. Grateful that they fixed the error quickly and I got a new toy.

anyone know if the 9.6 WC will install the 9.91 offline installer file without issue?

(I'm on 10.9.5 still)

Not on your machine; 9.91 is locked-out for those of us still on OSX 10.9.5

Waveshell 9.91 on MacOS 10.12.5 with PT12.7.1HD working without issue.
