Avid is having a big event in Las Vegas in mid-April. Seems an appropriate time for a bunch of releases. I'd expect the Pro Tools Dock and a new Control upgrade to drop at the same time.

If Kyle is still there, his account is not sending read receipts for my PMs. It previously did. I had asked for some answers, and if he's too busy, to pass it along to support staff for whom it is their job to provide support... nothing.

this is why i said before, I don't know WHY the mods deleted my comment, but Kyle was one of the people fired. Just because his account is still here doesn't mean ehs working here, its now an empty unused account. The no feedback on the receipts is proof. Like i said he was one of the ones to let go when avid fired a HUGE section of the audio division.

I suggest contacting another rep instead with teh receipt.

Didn't see your post, but another mod has said he's still there. Check Southsidemusic's post on March 31st. So I'm holding out hope. Also going through my reseller to try and get some action.

but do you actually see Kyle posting? Of course like I said his account is still here, but it is no longer active, taht doesnt actually means hes still working here. I'm not sure wwho the equivalent of Kyle to contact would be though, tahts the problem.

Since Kyle is one of the developers of Eucon I seriously doubt he was let go.

Although It feels like Avid haven't been as active here on the forum lately but hope that will change very soon

Looking at the Eucon updates it has been a while now since we saw 3.2.2 so maybe a new update is on the horizon.

It's been weeks since I've had a reply from Kyle personally, and no other contact from support in the meantime. So either a) he is there and unresponsive to clients' needs, b) he is not there anymore and no one is monitoring his PMs, or c) he is on vacation.

I don't know if this is the place to post about this sort of treatment of clients, but I'm not getting anywhere through "official channels" and neither is my reseller. People should be aware of what they're getting into. If I had known I would just have repaired my Command 8 - I would have been better off at 1/3 the cost of the Artist Control besides. So people be aware - support may be SERIOUSLY lacking.

1st week of april gone ..

i am starting to look at alternatives to anything EuCon !!! since it seems we have been abandon here at the moment .. i feel like any crashes i have are due to EuCon at this point ...

i will keep up the watch in case Kyle comes up for air ... one of the moderators said he is still employed by Avid ..
