Default Question about mc mix

Hello, I was wondering if the mc mix was 8 faders only or if i could control all tracks in my DAW. Like on the icon there are only 24 physical faders but i can control up to 96(?) by nudging.

If the mc mix has the same capabilities, how many may i control by nudging?

If you use Nudge, you only move 1 track at the time, if you use Bank you can move up to 8 tracks at the time for as many as you have in your session. In EuCon you can also lock tracks (like Master) and move the other 7 if you so choose. MC Mix have booth these options. (Look on the picture on the upper right side under the powerswitch)

I don't know for sure, but that limitation is normally not in the hardware but in the software and in the above case you are refearing to Pro Tools on Icon, but MC Mix is as useful for Logic and other software (don't forget that), so it follows the software you have on the screen at the moment - it's Logic when you are in a Logic-session and Pro Tools when you change to your Pro Tools-session and you can have them all open at the same time.

You may control as many tracks in your session as you can have. Do you have PT9 or PT9 HD? That will indicate your track limits.

Cheers
