Angry PT9 move to new desk top

I've used pt 9 for 2 years not 1 problem, now trying to move pt9 to new pc, cannot find the 'system id' or the 'activation id' and I cannot find the 'launch avid license control' so i can deactivate. I see the instructions in the guide but this does not seem to match what i can see, Help

What are you trying to do? You can install 9 on as many computers as you like. It will only open if it sees an iLok with the proper license. Do you have the iLok? Did you install the iLok software to the new PC? Are you running the installer for Pro Tools, using the Run as Admin option(you should)? Have you set Pro Tools to always Run as Admin, and to disable Desktop Composition?
