ilok problems - windows 7

Hey guys, i'm having problems with getting transfuser and structure le to run in windows 7 x64. I have the licenses on my ilok, but for some reason i cannot get protools to see them. It just says no authorizations found. I have the latest pace drivers and i'm running 8.0.1cs1. Anybody experience this?
