anyone using kontakt with the newest version of PT
I posted a reply to an old post...When I launch PT it says it can't run Kontakt because the installation folder isn't writable.
That didn't happen in the prior version of PT...it just said the library file was unwritable, I would right click the folder, turn off read-only and it would run fine. I was thinking of upgrading to the newest version of Kontakt, but wanted to make sure that it was working well in the new version of PT first. thanks, bp

yep. no problems here. i'm runnin' K4 with 8.0.1. this is on W7 x32 tho. i haven't installed K4 on XP with 8.0.1 yet. probably get around to it this weekend. it does say it's compatible with XP. so i'm not anticipatin' any problems.
