PT10 is incredible!

Just installed 10 native on my iMac and for the first time EVER my sessions actually play and run well when the cpu meter reaches 50%.
since PT7 I've always tried to stay below 20%cpu usage because crossing that line has resulted in very unstable playback and lots of errors.
With 9, anything above 14% would mean that the metre would spike all the time and sessions would be sluggish and stop often.

With 10 I ran the demo sessions for both PT10 and PT9 and they ran great. CPU at 48% with the new demo. This means lots of Channel Strip AAX plug-ins running and the metre never flonched and the session never stopped.
My own sessions also yield great stability results so far.

Seems I finally have a version of PT where I get to use more than 20% of my CPU power.

Probably sounds stupid for those of you with rock solid HD systems, but for me this is a whole new world.

Pro Tools 10 really is the best I've ever had. Thanks to Max and the rest of team.
