Default Eleven plugin question

I have a question.
I have Pro tools First program. I want to buy the Eleven MkII plugin.
But the Avid homepage says two options:
1. 459 euro Eleven MK II
(Get the sounds of the world's greatest guitar and bass amps.)
2. 89 Euro Eleven MK II upgrade from Eleven
(Get the sounds of the world's greatest guitar and bass amps.)

I want to buy the second one, but is this working on Pro Tools First? I have the basic Eleven lite plugin(free), is this upgrade it to the MkII?
And what's the difference between 1. and the 2. choice?

Default Re: Eleven plugin question

The upgrade is for people who own the full version of Eleven v1, not for Eleven Lite.
