bought the Protools 12 Yearly Upgrade and don't see any downloads [SOLVED]

I bought the Protools 12 Yearly Upgrade last night and I don't see any available downloads in my user area either. Also I never received an Ilok licence. I contacted support this morning after about 12 hours of waiting but they havent gotten back to me either. Any idea how I can get this Protools 12 licence and download to appear in my account?

Edit: Avid support got me sorted. I paid for the $99 plan which doesn't cut it if you're coming from protools 9/10, that only gets you from 11-12.
I was on 9/10 so I had to go for the $199 subscription and support plan to go to PT12.
