Didn’t “Submit” or “Surrender” – not ready to use my Ultimate Reinstatement yet!

Bought an HD/Ultimate Reinstatement from the Avid Store a year ago - Tue, 24 Dec 2019, 15:29 – so it was placed in my Avid account.

Unlike Reinstatements from Avid Resellers:

I didn’t hit the purple “Submit” button
I didn’t surrender my “PT+CPTK to PTHD11 XGD (6/24/2013)” license

Noticed my Avid Master Account>My Products now shows:

Pro Tools Ultimate Perpetual Bundle (with 10/11/12+I/O) (12/23/2020) with an Expiration Date / RDL: 12/23/2021

My iLok shows: PT Ultimate deposited DEC 23, 2020 (please see pic)

Now “the clock is already ticking” and Avid will expect a Renewal in a year’s time!

My Pro Tools Standard/Vanilla license expires on Mar 30, 2024 – I’m not planning on using my HD/Ultimate Reinstatement until 2025 (though, you never know, things could change!)

No immediate rush – just like to log this now, for the record.

I contacted the Seller, who states this is a legit “Reinstatement” – so I kept a Screenshot

Please note that HD/Ultimate Reinstatements are for HD9 and upwards – they cannot be used with HD7 or HD8

If you decide to buy it, do not transfer it to your Avid account, until you’re ready to use it, as the “clock starts” immediately when you add it to your account:

The Seller (with 100% Positive Feedback after 553 Sales) posted the wrong picture in his advert - so here's the Screenshot:

"Yes this product is Reinstatement for expired plan"

Please read the 1st bit I posted - I didn't buy from a Reseller, I got it from Avid, who placed it straight in my account - please see the old Post linked below, for a logical explanation from BScout (bless him!):
"You got it through the Avid webstore so there is no option since it auto deposits".

It's sat (untouched) for a year - then mysteriously got "touched" a day ago - but, not by me!
The license (that I'll eventually surrender), is still in my account!

Avid has 2 methods of HD/Ultimate Reinstatement:

For those who bought from Resellers, “the clock starts” as soon as they “Redeem their Code” here: https://my.avid.com/products/redemption

For those who bought a Reinstatement from Avid, “the clock doesn't start” until the “Submit” button is pressed, to surrender an "expired" license
