i loged into my avid account but i dont see the update anywhere?

Go to 'My Products' and find the area where PT10 is listed, and in that area, click View Downloads or View Available Downloads, whatever it's called. You should see it there.

In the process of launching this update we jumped the gun and added the installers to Avid accounts before posting the announcement, KB Download, etc.

We are working on the rest now...

Does this update fix the core audio manager problems of 10.1.x? I installed 10.1.2 last week and discovered that it broke the core audio manager on all third party apps, so I returned to 10.0.1 and started hoping hard for an update that fixes all the 10.1.x problems as well as the annoying quirks of 10.0.1.

I'd like to know if this cures the freeze issue any one had this problem and doesn't with this update?????

I don't see a change log anywhere. I'll try testing it out on a separate partition to see how it runs. Other versions of PT 10 (other than 10.0) caused a delay compensation bug that I need resolved in order to use any future updates.

Where can we see what was updated in 10.2? I too would like to know what was changed before I make the update. I don't see it in the Read Me Document.

Lost authorization for Smack! LE and Eleven LE here after the update. Smack! I could care less about...Eleven LE is a different story. What gives?

You did not lose the authorization as it is on your ilok. You just need to get the installer and reinstall.
