Lost my Registration Information Card !

Purchased my box of ProTools 9 this february. Got it running on a new iMac with some help from my friend. However, I came to know there is a free upgrade from 9 to 10, and went to my avid account to learn about the download procedure. Once I logged in, I clicked on " Your Products ", and it shows " no downloads found ".

Is my product registered ? I tried to register online, and it asks me for this Registration Information card. I seem to have lost it. Is there anything that I can do to retrieve my information ?

PS, I have my product running, with an iLok dongle which has a valid license.

If you can't find the card or number, you can call Avid Support, and follow the prompts for Registration/Activation support.

Support for Registration/Activation issues is free, other than long distance charges while you're on hold.

They should be able to look up your information and help you.

Do you have an iLok account? Your licenses should show up there.

Your Avid account would only show product that was purchased/activated online. If you haven't registered it yet, do that here. If you cannot find your Reg card, there is a link on that page for help with registration.

I have pro tools MP9 how do I get the free upgrade to 10?

There is no free upgrade from MP9. Only from regular PT9 purchased in a certain time period.
