Default Avid Pro Tools Subscription Renewal Won't Refresh
Having an issue where I can't refresh my subscription in ilok manager despite having bought another year. Super frustrating considering I have work I need to do!

Can anyone help?
When I try to refresh is says that the 'Renewal is pending for the licence'

Looks like this was handled on 12/11 with new licenses deposited.
