given I don't need to renew my support and upgrade plan until June 2019, could I have been able to take advantage of this deal? would the renew start from the point I renewed or would the new plan come in to action once my current support plan ended in June 2019?

Renewing an Update Plan adds a year onto the end of the plan, so you don't lose anything by renewing early.

I renewed both my standard PT (through 12-27-2019) and my PT Ultimate (through 3-27-2020) last month through RSPE.

I don't see the free Pro Compressor/Pro Limiter on my avid.com account via any of the methods described on this thread? I opened a support case just now.
