Strike ans Structure install issue on Windows 7 system
I am having an issue installing Strike and Structure ...Installers start fine but cannot seem to load my content files for both program. I unzipped them to a Pro tools folder that I created on Drive C:\ and set this folder as my default location for programs, now I can see all my content in these location but when I run the installers and point them to my content location it does not see content. Question...are these files to be unzipped to a particular location? This seems to be a slight issue but cannot get through to Customer Support...Don't know if the aquisition of Digi by AVID is good thing so far....ain't got a warm fuzzy feeling yet.
Thanks, "C" |

Re: Strike ans Structure install issue on Windows 7 system
I'd suggest unzipping those files to a location for future use and from there run the Installer for both VI's respectively, selecting the new location for the Content to be installed, like a dedicated HDD.
