Need more info like how do you have the main outputs hooked up, etc. Maybe you have the main outs misconfigured or muted somehow?

What about the LEFT Main out?

And did it ever work? What changed? What exact monitor is connected? And it known to work? Is the XLR cable known to work?

What do you hear in the headphones output?

Is the master volume etc. Turned up?

Do a Eleven Rack reset (will erase user rigs). And try again.
