Workstation switch on Soft Keys

Is there Soft Key programmable EUCON command to switch Workstation?

I know there are many ways to switch workstation, from the 'WS' menu on the master module to the switching on attention so I assume this function must exist I just cannot for the life of me find it in the menus.

Currently Workstation switching can be accomplished one of several ways:
(1) WS Switch brings up Workstations on Soft Keys (based on prefs)
(2) WS+Shift brings up Workstations on Master Module touch screen
(3) If you have a KVM integrated you can automatically switch workstations based on Attention and Function call preferences.

Currently there is no way to place a custom WS switch function elsewhere on the surface.

Thanks for the quick response.

Do you think there's any scope for this to happen? Obviously when you recall using the 'WS' soft key you lose a whole page of soft keys underneath with only 2 or 3 of the keys populated with functions. Similarly with shift+WS, the touchscreen focus changes.

I've had this requested a few times at our facility.

If we could program them as soft keys ourselves we could have them in a localised hybrid page.

Understood. I'll leave that to Eddie to comment on implementation. In the meantime I would recommend enabling the preference "Auto Close Surface Recall Soft Keys" which will immediately close the Workstations soft key panels once a Workstation switch has been pressed.
