Default Pro Tools 8.0.3 Does Not Recognize 003 Rack
I have been running 8.0.3 with an 002 rack for years. I just bought a 003 rack and when I load Pro Tools it says it cannot find Digidesign hardware.

An I missing a driver? Does 8.0.3 support the 003 rack?

I would upgrade my Pro Tools but I am running out of volume C hard drive space.

ANY help would be appreciated.

Did you download and install the correct driver?

8.03 is totally fine with an 003r

I would guess a driver issue b/c when you installed the software it loads the driver (pre PT9) but since you added one after the install I bet that's where the problem lies

Let me see, now that I think about it....you could also put your disk in again and see if you can get it from there? Just a thought
