Default License on 2 computers???

I've tried to find the license agreements and can't for the life of me locate them online or in the docs.

Here's my scenario so maybe someone could shed some light.

I have an MBOX2 currently hooked up to my windows box running PT LE7 and some iLok plugs.

I just got a honkin' Mac and I'd like to run all my music software from it. Since PT won't work without the device and since the device can only be hooked up to one machine at a time, I want to make sure I'm not bustin' some license agreements and that my scenario will even work.

Can I have PT and my iLok plugs on both boxes and will the iLok work on the Mac since I authorized on the PC?

Most of my other software will allow the Mac/PC scenario...I just don't want to have to uninstall from the PC in case I decide to upgrade it and make it a dedicated music box.

I also wanted to ask this first so I don't get into a mess half way thru

Thanks for any info!

The license allows you to install it on both machines as long as you are using the same hardware.

The iLok functions on any machine it is plugged into on either platforms (that's really what it was designed for...)

I was replying to your other thread over on the MPowered section when you deleted it.
(it's the "M" thing, apparently it is confusing everybody)

I develop software too..not music software much to my dismay...database driven web sites...

I work at home...a deal I made when I went to work for the company...

At least your commute is reversed!

soon as I get this new mac hooked up..I'm going to give your music a listen...if you've been playing guitar for 25 years (me, almost 35 years) we probably have a lot of the same influences...

Again, thanks for the info...
