Default HELP! - TL Space Native Authorize?!? It won't authorize!

I have installed Pro Tools 9 and followed all instructions for the ilok authorisation/activation/license etc etc. Yet when I run Pro Tools, it says that the TL Space Native plug-in needs to be authorised, i click "authorise" then it says it needs a "card" - then it asks for a "response"

What am I doing wrong?!!? I thought the iLok would just take care of it!

Please help.

Do you have a TL Space iLok license on your iLok? If not it won't authorize.
